Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer to oversee and carry out electrical works and audits in line with NICEIC standards. The role involves a mix of hands-on installations, maintenance, fault-finding, and inspection across domestic and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across a range of domestic and commercial properties.
- • Conduct electrical audits and inspections to NICEIC standards.
- • Ensure all works comply with current regulations and health & safety requirements.
- • Produce accurate reports and certifications following audits and inspections.
- • Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide effective solutions and excellent customer service.
- • Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades where necessary.
- • Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good condition.
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• NICEIC experience or registration preferred.
• Proven experience in both domestic and commercial electrical work.
• Excellent understanding of current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

Driver Labourer
We specialise in the installation of all boilers, gas and heating equipment across commercial and residential premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles to and from work sites or delivery locations.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with basic on-site labor tasks, including moving materials and cleaning up work areas.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and complies with safety standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle being driven.
- Experience in driving and manual labor roles.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Maintenance Heating Engineer Plumber
A Maintenance Heating Engineer Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems and plumbing in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role involves diagnosing and fixing issues related to heating systems, boilers, and plumbing infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide emergency repairs and respond to breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is documented properly.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in plumbing and heating (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in heating system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills
Commercial Gas Service Engineer
A Commercial Gas Service Engineer with ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) experience is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial gas systems and air source heat pumps. The role involves ensuring the safe operation and optimal performance of gas heating systems, as well as the integration and maintenance of energy-efficient ASHP systems in commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair commercial gas heating systems, boilers, and associated controls.
- Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on gas and ASHP systems.
- Install and maintain Air Source Heat Pumps in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with gas safety regulations and industry codes of practice.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on both gas and ASHP systems.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to clients on energy efficiency and system optimization.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work completed.
Qualifications
- Gas Safe registered with proven experience in commercial gas systems.
- Experience in installing and servicing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).
- Relevant qualifications in gas engineering and heat pump technology (e.g., F-Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Strong understanding of heating system controls and diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
